Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled organized the Science Expo 2024 today . The event was inaugurated by Dr. Mahantesh G. Kivadasannavar, Founder Trustee, along with luminaries like Dr. Kiran Kumar (former Chairman of the Indian Space Research Organisation, ISRO), Dr. Satheesha Reddy (President, Aeronautical Society of India, Former Secretary, Dept of Defence R&D and Chairman DRDO & former Scientific Adviser to Raksha Mantri), Dr. A M Ramesh, CEO of Karnataka Science and Technology Academy, KSTA), Smt. Pramila Shivashankar (Trustee, Sneha Organisation), and Smt. Vimala Hiremath (Education Consultant Director, SVS Free Residential School).
300 plus students from Samarthanam School and 4 other neighbouring schools participated in this science expo where about 100 models and experiments were displayed.
