Job Description / Responsibilities
  • Calls prospective customers/donors by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
  • Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
  • Make telephone calls to prospects.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
  • Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Record details of opportunities and lead notes.
Desired profile of the candidate
  • Should have Excellent Communication Skills, strong telephone manner.
  • Convincing Power.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi & Kannada.
  • Should be able to work with a Team.
  • Good at Computers.
