Kirana Rural BPO – An Initiative of Samarthanam

Samarthanam’s focus on enabling the physically and economically challenged and the
visually impaired enter the mainstream and prepare for new age IT jobs has manifested
through several computer and soft skills and BPO training centre’s across Karnataka.
Buoyed by the success of the training programme, Samarthanam has now launched a 100 seater state of the art
rural BPO enterprise in Bidadi that will employ several skilled youth with disabilities.
